The indicative value estimator published on the tools page applies generic sector multiples to figures entered by the user. It performs no verification, applies no statutory basis of value, and takes no account of capital structure, contingent liabilities, contract quality, related-party positions, marketability or control. Its output is not a valuation, is not a Registered Valuer report, and must not be relied upon or submitted for any regulatory filing, transaction, financial statement or proceeding. The Registered Valuer accepts no liability of any kind arising from its use.

References on this website to provisions of the Companies Act 2013, the Income-tax Act 1961, FEMA and the Non-Debt Instruments Rules, the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, SEBI regulations and Ind AS reflect our understanding at the time of writing, and may not reflect subsequent amendments, notifications, circulars or judicial decisions.
